At Vogue Salon & Med Spa, every detail of your visit is thoughtfully curated to deliver an elevated, seamless experience. The following policies are in place to ensure consistency, respect for our team, and the highest level of service for every guest.

Guest Experience

Gift Cards

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your experience does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to notify our Guest Relations Team during your visit so we may address your concerns promptly and thoughtfully.

🎁 Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for two years from the date of purchase.
Vogue Salon & Med Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced gift cards.

📅 Scheduling & Arrival

To ensure preferred appointment times, we recommend scheduling your next visit in advance.

We invite you to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to unwind and prepare for your service.

Out of respect for our team and other guests, late arrivals may result in a modification of your service or the need to reschedule.

⏳ Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service fee.

🌿 Health & Sensitivities

For your safety and comfort, please inform your service provider of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service.

💳 Payment & Gratuity

Payment is collected at the conclusion of your visit at our Guest Relations desk.

We accept:

Major credit cards
Cash

We do not accept checks.

Gratuities are appreciated and may be provided directly to your service provider.

👶 Children in the Salon

We adore our younger guests; however, for their safety and the comfort of all guests, children must be supervised at all times.

Please be mindful that our environment includes hot tools, sharp instruments, and active service areas.

🛍 Product Returns

We are happy to exchange gently used products within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.

Please note: Brushes, tools, and hair accessories are final sale.

🔄 Service Adjustments

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, we ask that you contact our Guest Relations Team within 24 hours of your appointment.

We are happy to offer adjustments within 7 days of the original service date.
